Mastichari Bay Hotel, Mastihari

The hotel's impressive garden with huge plants and massive flower beds was a sight to behold, but the crowded and noisy atmosphere made us hesitant to dine there even though we had paid for it. The house guest rooms were about which we had high expectations.

The hotel is ideally located next to a sandy beach and a short walk from charming restaurants and bars in Mastichari. The rooms are spacious and come with a pleasant terrace and electric kettle, ensuring a very comfortable stay. The service from all staff members, especially Georgios and the older gentleman at breakfast and dinner, was welcoming and efficient. The dining experience offered a high standard of local organic products but lacked variety in non-Greek dishes. Facilities were satisfactory, and the hotel's location is excellent for beach access and dining options.

The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, with spacious rooms. It was a bit crowded and noisy, which made us avoid the dining areas for safety reasons. The service was superbly professional and attentive, offering great assistance with car hire, laundry, and tours. The location was really good, just a short drive from the airport, on a lovely sandy beach, with easy access to restaurants and bars in Mastichari. The dining experience was extensive, with delicious food and great views. Overall, a well-maintained hotel with excellent service and a convenient location.

The hotel rooms were big, clean, and beautifully decorated, offering a stunning balcony view of the pool and sea with direct sunset vistas. However, it was very crowded and noisy, which made us skip the included Dinner and Breakfast. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, offering a lovely and accommodating experience. While the location was convenient for a night's stay and access to the beach and local restaurants, the ambience was a bit dull with monotonous music. The dining options were nice with a wide variety, particularly great for fruit, salad, and Greek dishes. The facilities were satisfactory, but the overcrowded atmosphere affected our overall experience negatively.
